For me, the call to the RV lifestyle happened a few years ago during a weeklong tour of Arizona. I had never been involved in camping much as a kid, other than a few overnight camp-outs in the backyard with my father and brother and a few years in the boy scouts doing weekend hikes and short camping adventures.
